It is our absolute belief that successfully managing debtors is all about open communication, between all parties. This can often be difficult. It can be difficult for companies to tell their clients clearly that they need to be paid, and it can be difficult for clients to admit that they may be having trouble paying. We deal with these issues many many times every day and we do so in a sensitive, yet firm fashion.

We are well versed in the need to manage relationshipswith debtors so that they continue to work with your firm, but also so that they also clearly understand that they must pay your invoices in a timely manner.

We establish a clear process and timeline of actions in consultation with you, and then we take each of the agreed actions when they need taking. Just like when dealing with Telstra or any similar firm, it is important that your clients know that they are being treated fairly, that you have an expectation of timely payment and that there will be consequences if this does not occur.
