We Communicate Pty Ltd was established in 2003 by Ramesh Benedict. Ramesh has an extensive background in Collections Management, in particular working with a number of Australia's largest professional service firms as a Collections Manager, (including for the 5th largest accounting firm in the world)

 

The Journey

Ramesh’s extensive experience in collections management and his contact with many clients of the firms he worked with led him to the belief that there was a gap in the debt collection market for full professional management of a firm's debtor book - not just dealing with bad debt, but truly managing debtors, with a view to keeping client relationships.

The subsequent success of We Communicate has shown Ramesh to have been correct in this belief.
